well it's official, i'm evacuating...

to my parents' home in fort worth. this weekend saw tropical storm isaac take a turn straight for our coast, and since i'd rather not stay and take my chances, i'm hitting the road! my evacuation stitching bag is stocked and cricket's diaper bag is packed. 

prior to our hurrication, i did manage to finish this...

  1. Take care, we will be thinking of you. Stay safe and keep your baby safe. If it were Oliver, he would be shaking and a nervous wreck from the storm noises. Beautiful finish to the needlepoint bag. Is the green silk ribbon. Very cute! Go quick.

    Who grew up on the eastern shore of Maryland and has memories of many a hurricane!
